Help Peru & Cedna
“luchar contra la desnutricion y la anemia de niños menores de 5 años de Cusco, Peru”
The project is implemented to deliver water filters in the peri-urban area of Cusco to 57 families including replacement filters enough for 3 years of safe drinking water.
Families live in poor conditions with an average income less than $200 per month. This means people typically do not treat water before consumption or use expensive wood (dangerously) to boil water.
The consequences of unsafe water especially of children under the age of 5 years are diseases, it hinders education & economy and it also means reduced child and maternal mortality rates.
